What’s the difference between CBD isolate, broad-spectrum, and full-spectrum? +

CBD Isolate: Pure CBD with no other cannabinoids or compounds. Ideal for those who want CBD only.

Broad-Spectrum: Contains CBD and other beneficial cannabinoids, but with THC completely removed. Offers the “entourage effect” without any THC.

Full-Spectrum: Contains CBD along with all other naturally occurring compounds in hemp, including trace amounts of THC (below 0.2%). Provides the maximum entourage effect.

Note: All our products contain less than 0.2% THC, which is the legal limit in Germany and complies with EU regulations.
How should I use CBD products? +

No. CBD is non-psychoactive and will not produce any intoxicating effects. Our products contain less than 0.2% THC, which is far too low to cause any psychoactive effects.

How do I place an order? +

Ordering from green.one® is simple:

  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information

  5. Confirm your age (18+) and accept our terms
  6. Complete the purchase and receive email confirmation
Can I track my order? +

Yes! All orders are shipped with DHL tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress in real-time on the DHL website.

What if I need to change or cancel my order? +

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We process orders quickly (often same-day), so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it using our 30-day return policy.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We offer two secure payment options:

1. Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You’ll receive the bank details in your order confirmation email. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

2. Viva Wallet (Credit Card)
Pay securely with your credit card via Viva Wallet. This is our recommended method for fast order processing. Viva Wallet supports all major credit cards and uses encrypted payment processing with the highest security standards.

Why don’t you accept PayPal? +

Unfortunately, we cannot offer PayPal as a payment method due to PayPal’s internal policies regarding hemp and CBD products.

PayPal’s Restriction: PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy explicitly prohibits transactions involving CBD and hemp products, regardless of their legal status or THC content.

Why This Policy Exists:

  • Regulatory Complexity: CBD laws vary significantly across regions, creating compliance challenges for global payment processors
  • Risk Management: PayPal maintains conservative policies to avoid association with industries they perceive as high-risk
  • Banking Relationships: Traditional banking partners often require payment processors to avoid hemp-related transactions
  • US Federal Influence: Despite state-level legalization, federal restrictions in the US influence global payment policies

This affects the entire industry: Even completely legal CBD businesses across Europe face similar payment processing challenges. Major payment processors including Stripe, Square, and others have similar restrictions.

Our Solution: We’ve partnered with Viva Wallet, a licensed European payment processor that specializes in supporting legal cannabis and hemp businesses. Viva Wallet offers the same convenience and security as PayPal, with full regulatory compliance.

Is payment via Viva Wallet secure? +

Absolutely. Viva Wallet is a licensed European payment institution regulated by the Bank of Greece and supervised by the European Central Bank.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase? +

Yes. A detailed invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email address after your order is confirmed. If you need a VAT invoice for business purposes, please contact us at [email protected].

How much does shipping cost? +

Germany: €5.49 — FREE over €70

Europe (EU): €15.99 — FREE over €150

All shipments are insured and tracked via DHL.

How long does delivery take? +

Germany: 1-4 business days

Europe (EU): 3-5 business days

Most orders are shipped on the same day if placed before our daily cut-off time. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

Is shipping discreet? +

Yes! All orders are shipped in unmarked, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Do you ship to Austria? +

We ship CBD products to Austria, except e-liquids. According to §§ 1, 2a of the Austrian Tobacco Act, the mail-order sale of e-liquids to Austria is not permitted.

What if my package is lost or damaged? +

All our shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by either reshipping your order or providing a full refund.

Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied? +

Yes. We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy in addition to your statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Hygiene seals must be intact
  • Customer covers return shipping costs
