I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and this gel has become an essential part of my recovery routine. The cooling effect from the menthol is immediate and lasts a good while. It absorbs quickly which is important when you are in a rush after training. The devil’s claw and MSM combination seems to make a real difference for my knees. The pump bottle is practical and 200ml lasts about two months even with daily use. Would recommend to other athletes.

This cooling gel is amazing. The menthol gives an instant refreshing sensation and the 200ml bottle lasts surprsingly long. I use it after workouts on my legs and shoulders. The Teufelskralle and MSM combination feels really effctive for post-exercise recovery. Absorbs quickly without any greasy resdue. Best sport gel I’ve used.

Great sport gel with a nice cooling effect. The menthol is strong but not overpowering and the 200ml size is good value. I apply it after trainig and it helps with my post-workout routine. Delivery took a couple extra days but the support team was helpful with tracking updates. Would buy again.
