Was a bit skeptical about the melatonin at first, but the 1mg dosage is just right. The oil is now my fixed evening routine and I feel refreshed in the morning. Overall a good product for the evening. The effect is pleasant and the taste is okay. However, I find the 10ml bottle a bit small for the price. Delivery also took longer than stated, but that was on the courier.
