Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you – who is not the carrier – has taken possession of the goods (or the last partial shipment in the case of split deliveries).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
• You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• The goods must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Goods which may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be exceeded.
